Philippines is considered as one of the best outsourcing country in the world. Aside from labor cost which an outsourcer can benefit, it has the best and skilled people to do the telemarketing work for you.

Thanks for the info about outsourcing your telemarketing.
I dont think I would ever outsource it to another country, but I guess that's because it an almost impossible task to find abroad callcenter who has danish speaking employees :-)

An interesting point about telemarketing companies either being small or large.

What sort of feedback is there from UK companies?

Interesting post - I guess it comes down to self discipline really. Some people really struggle with the motivation to get stuck in, and others find it easy.

I remember working from home when inbetween jobs, and just set myself mini targets.

By this I mean, 1 hour solid calling, 15 min break, 20 mins prospecting, 15 min break etc. This made the day easier to manage and tackle - but it comes down to self discipline.

Nice to see this post in a different topic.
Outsourcing has evolved from a tactical, cost control mechanism to a strategy that can assist in changing or evolving a company's market position.
As companies face a more challenging and unpredictable business environment, the need to develop a clearly defined outsourcing strategy that is aligned with a business strategy therefore enhancing business execution becomes imperative. The decision to outsource therefore is moving into the boardroom and is becoming the key strategy to improve or transform business.
Thanks for sharing. keep posting.

Telemarketing Outsourcing is often a terrific way to expand your inside sales presence quickly and affordably. Many telemarketing outsourcing firms are good if you provide them the list, script, and offer and then supervise the implementation thoroughly. What if you don’t already know the best list, script or offer? What if you have a new product or are new to inside sales? The standard telemarketing outsourcing firm is usually not well equipped to figure that out. You need a specialized firm. An experienced call center consultant could shorten the road to success and reduce both the cost and possibility of failure substantially.

Hi, Gene

The article is good. You're calling the attention of b2b telemarketing companies to set its eye on the Philippine telemarketers. Most outsource companies prefer the Philippines because most Filipino's are fluent in English while some know even other foreign languages like French, Latin and Spanish but that goes only for those who acquired it in their college education. In Costa Rica, people there are all bilingual having the knowledge in both English and Spanish which is helpful for a business with a market in the Spanish-English speaking area.

But since a native Filipino speaker can't really acquire the perfect American accent, scripts written in simple and clear terms are a good advice to fully utilize a workforce that just needs to be tapped. Really good place to do outsourcing and cost-effective measure. I agree with you.
